Abstract

This work will talk about the importance of customer service in companies and the impact on the organization, from operational to strategic.
The bibliographical research method was used, where the study was carried out based on recent articles and books, each one being cited. Through this, it is evident that customer service in the correct way will maintain the entity's reputation,
directly influence financial results, differentiate from competitors, shows how sales training for employees
brings advantages to the organization, so that employees know correctly how to guide and sell to each customer.
