Abstract

The retail fashion market has become increasingly competitive; thus, investing in customer
experience has become the primary tool for achieving brand success. This study proposes integrating biophilic
design, which incorporates natural elements into built spaces, into a women's fashion concept store in Ji-Paraná,
Rondônia. The objective is to create a welcoming environment that not only attracts customers but also encourages
them to linger in the store and positively influences their purchasing decisions. The research adopts a qualitative
method and a case study to understand how the application of these strategies can impact consumer experience.
The project aims to meet legal requirements while also reflecting sustainability and well-being values, promoting
more conscientious commercial practices in the region.
