Cash Flow Designed as a Management Tool: Financial Analysis of a Pet Shop

Abstract

One of the reasons why a company can be created based on great ideals, with a vision of the future. The choice of
the theme came after a large number of companies closed their doors due to poor management. The cash flow
projected as a management tool comes to analyze the company's financial health, in order to provide projections
for better management, thus being able to adjust the accounts for future investments and even to avoid having a
deficit at the end of the year. The general objective will be to analyze financial health through cash flow,
while the specific objectives will be to attest to the balance between the inflow and outflow of resources,
provide the financial manager with a strategic view of the company's situation, develop a projected cash flow .
The methodology to be used, regarding the classification of the research will be deductive, qualitative and
quantitative method regarding the problem, in relation to the objectives the method to be used will be
exploratory. The technical procedures being Bibliographic and Documentary.
