Abstract

It is virtual rape whose legal basis is art. 213 and 217-A of the Penal Code, where the crime is based on embarrassment and serious threat to the victim who suffers embarrassment and coercion to do something of a sexual nature to satisfy someone else's lust in a virtual environment.
