Flowchart of inventory control applied in an Agribusiness company in the city of Ji-Paraná/RO

Abstract

Inventory control is important in companies, but also one of the main problems found in them, there are some ways to carry out this control, one of them is the inventory to control goods. Another important factor is inventory and quality, within quality management there are tools used such as the flowchart of processes used to demonstrate the flow and decisions to be made, that is, the next step to be followed. The general objective of the research is to propose a flow of processes entry and exit of goods and specific, point out the diagnosis of the dynamics of entries and exits of goods in stock, identify faults found upon receipt and distribution of goods and present the process flows in a detailed and drawn. As for the methodology, it is a qualitative and exploratory research that seeks find a solution to the problem in question, in addition to being a bibliographical research.
