Abstract

The article introduces the prototype "Disque Animais," a web platform designed to facilitate the location of lost pets in Ji-Paraná, RO, by connecting pet owners with people who have found them. The main issue addressed is the inefficiency of traditional search methods, such as social media, and the lack of a centralized solution. The methodology involves agile development with a focus on security and usability. The expected outcome is an increase in successful pet reunions, greater community engagement, and the creation of a model that can be replicated in other regions.
