Keywords:  In Brazil, in 2021, 400,300 people with mental and behavioral disorders were registered due to the use of psychoactive substances, the record shows a high number of 12.4% compared to 2020. to the Use of Psychoactive Substances, according to code F19 in the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10), is characterized by the use of more than two unequal psychoactive substances, which compromises the mental state of this user. The objective of this study was to describe sociodemographic data of CAPS II users of the Ji-Paraná Regional Psychosocial Care Center II, diagnosed with F19 - Mental and behavioral disorders due to the use of multiple drugs and the use of other psychoactive substances. This is a quantitative, exploratory and descriptive research, carried out from May to August 2020. 6,207 (six thousand two hundred and seven) medical records were analyzed, of which 198 (one hundred and ninety eight) made up the sample because they had a diagnosis according to ICD 10 of Mental and behavioral disorders due to the use of multiple drugs and the use of other psychoactive substances and their clinical subtypes. The study draws attention to a high prevalence, predominantly by male users, aged 30 to 49 years, with complete high school and who, for the most part, are single.
