O corpo negro sem subjetivismo na atualidade: o controle dos corpos negros pelo estado

Abstract

Initially, it is emphasized that necropolitics will be present in Brazilian society from a historical and cultural perspective. In this sense, it is emphasized that the control of black bodies and the act of resolving the subjectivism/existence of this social group would behave, in today's context, in a more “soft” way, given that today there is support regarding to the normativity of laws and international treaties. However, it is noteworthy that mere standardization is incipient in the face of harmful scenarios, in which there is too much violation of human rights

That said, the general objective of this summary is to understand how the State promotes control of black bodies, in order to silence them and resolve their subjectivism.
